We make sure that each class is different and unique giving you our “NOW!” No Ordinary Workout experience! We want everyone to have fun, challenge themselves, and sweat it out at Get Fit NOW! Gym.

Get Fit NOW! Gym, formerly known as Al Irish’s Shut Up and Box, is now owned by Al’s trained instructors. Al built this gym over 8 years ago and it quickly turned into a family. It is our goal to keep SUAB’s family together and thriving! Heading towards retirement was a hard decision for Al to make, having been in the business for over 22 years. We will always be thankful to our founder, and look forward to seeing him on the occasional surprise drop-ins!

Get Fit NOW! Gym holds strong to our kickboxing roots while still having variety in our schedule. We run full kickboxing classes every day, kickboxing classes that also include weight and circuit training within them, and a youth boxing and training class. On the schedule we also have a TRX circuit class, yoga, and cardio crunch. Soon to come on the schedule will be weight training, circuit training, and an intro to sparring workshop! All Levels: Strength training class using super-set combinations of kettle bells, resistance bands, TRX, battle ropes and/or dumbbells.

Advanced: For those who have good knowledge of technique and are ready to push their body to the limit. These classes are maximum intensity for the entire hour. They will start with a high intensity warm up and finish with a challenging circuit and ab cool down, and end with stretching your body out to start recovery. Bring gloves and wraps.

All Levels:TRX is a bodyweight exercise using TRX suspension straps that simultaneously develops strength, endurance, mobility, balance, flexibility, and core stability. This class also uses kettle bells, resistance bands, and dumbbells to maximize the training experience. Come try this class and see what your body can endure.

All Levels: Learn the basics and fundamentals of weight lifting in an intense but fun 45 minute class with dumbbells and kettlebells. Increase muscle strength while creating lean muscle to create that “lean” and “tone” look.

All Levels: 30 minute cardio fat burn. This class combines fast paced interval music with circuit training for maximum fat burn.

Don’t be skurd!! This class is for beginners and Groupon redemption. Get a full workout and a taste of all the workouts we have to offer. We have something for every level! Active members can use this hour to come in for special coaching.

We offer both Yin and Vinyasa yoga. See schedule for times. Vinyasa Yoga combines the flow of Vinyasa with the guided challenge of Slow Burn. The pace of this class moves from some self-guided warm-ups into long-held postures that slow the body, focus the mind, and work toward a well-earned savasana. Our Yin Yoga consists of a series of long-held, floor poses that mainly work the lower body which is rich in connective tissue – the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, and lower spine. These poses are held for up to 2 minutes, sometimes longer.

Special Sign up Required: Learn defense and offense from a professional boxer. Work efficiently through combos while an instructor helps perfect your form and technique. Upon completion of course you may participate in the scheduled sparring class. Bring gloves and wraps.

We train our youth members in endurance, coordination, focus, and cardio. Your child will be challenged physically and mentally. We use heavy bags, focus mitts, and other equipment. Technique is a major focus in all of our classes. Gloves and wraps are needed and available for sale on location. **Warning! Side effects have been reported and are not limited to, better overall behavior, confidence, outgoing personality traits, good night’s sleep, and self-awareness.**
