Don’t be skurd!! This class is for all ages, beginners, and Groupon redemption. Learn the proper way to box. You will learn proper stance, footwork, punching, and defensive moves. You will need to bring gloves, wraps, focus, and discipline. We have something for every level! Advanced level members would use this class to hone their form, technique and POWER!

Come ready to work and ready to be pushed to your limits. This 30 to 45 minute session is an all Kettle Bell session that is different each week. We will focus on specific theme and flow every week. Form is a major focus!
All Levels: Strength training class using super-set combinations of kettle bells, resistance bands, TRX, battle ropes and/or dumbbells. Then test your endurance with cardio and challenging combos on the heavy bag. Technique is a major focus in all classes, from beginner to advanced. The class will start with a warm up and finish up with an ab cool down, and end with stretching your body out to start recovery. Bring gloves and wraps.
Advanced: For those who have good knowledge of technique and are ready to push their body to the limit. These classes are maximum intensity for the entire hour. They will start with a high intensity warm up and finish with a challenging circuit and ab cool down, and end with stretching your body out to start recovery. Bring gloves and wraps.
Get Fit NOW! Gym’s HIIT Class is the only time in boxing you want to “get HIIT”!! We got a 10 minute warm up and stretch to get you ready. Then we will guide and push you through a series of short burst, high-intensity cardio training moves. 30 minutes of HIIT. Push yourself to the max during every set. That’s why they’re short—anywhere from 20 to 90 seconds. Cool down and slow the heart rate, get stretched, and enjoy the workout high!

This 30 minute class is designed to get you started with rolling. We will show you the basic rolls to get you feeling great. For all you do this Roll is for you! We know you work hard and put your body through a lot. If you sit at a desk all day, drive, on your feet, or do physical labor. Your body needs to heal and we want to help.

All Levels: You will move against resistance provided by your body weight utilizing TRX suspension straps, resistance bands, and dumbbells. This class focuses on strength development, endurance, mobility, balance, flexibility, and core stability and will maximize the training experience. All Levels: Learn the basics and fundamentals of weight lifting in an intense but fun 45 minute class with dumbbells and kettlebells. Increase muscle strength while creating lean muscle to create that “lean” and “tone” look. Technique is a major focus in all classes, from beginner to advanced. The class will start with a warm up, followed by weight training circuit, core, cool down, and recovery boosting stretch. Bring a mat.
SUMMER ONLY – SEE ALL AGES BOXING TECHNIQUE as alternative. We train our youth members in endurance, coordination, focus, and cardio. Your child will be challenged physically and mentally. We use heavy bags, focus mitts, and other equipment.
