Participants use a combination of free weights, resistance equipment, and bodyweight movements to target the key muscle groups as listed in the class schedule. Emphasis is placed on proper form, controlled tempo, and safe lifting techniques. Throughout the class, participants are encouraged to adjust weights to match their fitness level and to apply progressive overload to build strength, muscle endurance, and overall body stability. The class concludes with light stretching to enhance flexibility and aid recovery.

All Levels: You will move against resistance provided by your body weight utilizing TRX suspension straps, resistance bands, and dumbbells. RECOVERY: Our yoga guru knows our workouts and knows how important it is to recover. Our Yoga Leader has created this specialized Yoga class for our members to get the best stretch, recover, and restore for mind, body, and soul! Bring blankets, mats, and water.
VINYASA: Ideal for those looking to improve overall fitness while fostering relaxation, mindfulness, and deep body awareness. This Vinyasa Yoga class offers a dynamic and flowing practice that links breath to movement. Perfect for all levels, each session will guide you through a series of postures (asanas) that flow smoothly from one to the next, creating a rhythm that helps build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness.
Whether you’re new to yoga or have an established practice, this class encourages you to move at your own pace and embrace the flow of the practice.
SUMMER ONLY – SEE ALL AGES BOXING TECHNIQUE as alternative. We train our youth members in endurance, coordination, focus, and cardio. Your child will be challenged physically and mentally. We use heavy bags, focus mitts, and other equipment.
